Terms of service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pew & Page, an AMVO Studios company ("we"), for using pewandpage.com and its directory service. If you set up a directory for a church, you agree on the church's behalf and confirm you're authorized to.
The service
Pew & Page lets a church collect its families' details and photos, design a directory, share a private online directory with its members, and offer printed copies for members to buy. Making and using a directory is free for churches. Printed copies are sold to whoever orders them at the prices on our pricing page when they order.
The church's responsibilities
The church decides who is included in its directory, checks entries before printing, and is responsible for the accuracy of the pages it writes (like the welcome letter). Please only add people who have agreed to be in the directory, and remove anyone who asks.
Families' responsibilities
Only add your own family, only upload photos you have the right to use, and keep your details accurate.
Printed copies
Copies are printed to order after the church's order deadline and usually arrive about two weeks later. Delivery times depend on printing and shipping services outside our control. Cancellations, refunds and replacements are covered in our refund policy.
Content
The church and its families keep the rights to their own words and photos, and give us permission to use them only to make and deliver their directory. We keep the rights to the Pew & Page designs, layouts and software.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pew & Page to collect information about people without their permission, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend a directory that's misused.
Ending
A church can delete its directory any time from Settings. If there are paid orders that haven't been printed yet, we'll help close them, with refunds, before the directory is deleted. We may end the service for a directory with 60 days' notice, and would refund any unprinted orders.
Liability
We work hard to make every directory accurate and every book well made, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the order in question, or $100 if nothing was paid.
Changes
We'll give church administrators at least 30 days' notice by email of material changes to these terms.
