Before orders close: cancel any time

You can cancel a printed copy for a full refund any time before the church's order deadline, using the link in your receipt email.

After orders close

Once the church's order deadline passes, we prepare the print run, and each copy is printed to order for your church. That means we can't accept cancellations or returns after the deadline. If something is wrong with your order, write to us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or misprinted copies

If a copy arrives damaged, or has a printing problem (like missing or misaligned pages), email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Mistakes in a family's entry

Families and the church office check every entry before printing. We can't reprint for details that were in the approved directory, but changes appear right away in the online directory and in the next printing.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Questions: hello@pewandpage.com.
