Pew & Page
For families

Your family's information

Your church uses Pew & Page to make its photo directory. Here's what that means for you, in plain words.

What we ask for

Your family's names, your address, phone numbers and email, and a family photo. Birthdays (month and day only), an anniversary and the ways you serve at church are optional. Everything except your names is optional.

You choose what's shown

For your address, phone numbers and email, you choose either Show in the directory or Church office only. Things marked "Church office only" are never printed or shown online. You can also choose whether birthdays and anniversaries appear on the birthday page.

Who can see it

  • The printed directory: members who order a copy.
  • The online directory: only people whose email address is in the directory, after signing in with an emailed link.
  • The church office: your church's directory helpers can see and edit your entry.

We never sell your information, never use it for advertising, and never share it except with the services that run the directory (secure hosting, email delivery, printing and card payments), and only for that purpose.

Your photo

When you upload a photo, we remove its hidden details (like the location where it was taken). Family photos are never posted publicly; they appear only in your church's directory. The one exception is the cover photo the church chooses (usually its building), which also appears on the page where copies are ordered.

Changing or removing your entry

After you add your family, we email you a private link. Use it any time to change your details, add or change your photo, or remove your family completely. You can also ask your church office. Removing your entry deletes your details and photo; copies that were already printed can't be recalled.
