- Members order and pay by card; the church doesn't handle money
- Full refund if they cancel before orders close
- Damaged or misprinted copies are replaced free
Pricing questions
Why is it free for churches?
Because most churches want a directory and don’t have a budget line for one. Making it free means the office can just say yes. We earn a modest amount on each printed copy members choose to buy.
Does the church have to order any copies?
No. There’s no minimum. Members who want a copy order their own.
Can the church buy copies for members?
Yes. Anyone can order on the order page, including the church office (for example, for members who don’t use the internet).
Can we print it ourselves?
You can download a PDF of your directory any time.
Are there any other costs?
No. If that ever changed, it would only be for something new and optional, and we would tell you clearly first.
