How can we help?

Is it really free for our church?

Yes. Collecting families, the design, the private online directory and a PDF of your book cost the church nothing, and there’s no contract. We make money only when members choose to buy a printed copy ($15 picked up at church, $20 mailed to their home). The church never pays or collects anything.

Do we need a photographer?

No. Families add their own photos from their phones, and the framing tool helps them center everyone. For members without a smartphone, the church office can use "Photo Sunday" mode: your phone becomes a photo station in the lobby.

What about members who aren’t online?

The church office can add any family by hand, take their picture with Photo Sunday mode, and print a list of who still needs to be added or photographed.

Who can see our information?

Each family chooses what’s printed: address, phone numbers and email can each be shown in the directory or kept for the church office only. The online directory is private: people sign in with an email address that’s in the directory. We never sell information or use it for advertising.

What does the printed directory look like?

An 8.5 × 11 inch full-color paperback with your church’s photo on the cover, a welcome letter, your staff and leaders, any pages you add (ministries, a calendar, your story), every family with their photo, a birthday and anniversary page, and an index of every name. Short books are filled out to 32 pages with Notes, Prayer Requests and New Friends pages. See the sample.

How long does printing take?

You choose when orders close. After that, every copy is printed together. Copies usually arrive about two weeks later: picked-up copies come to the church in one box, and mailed copies go to members’ homes.

What if a family moves or wants to be removed?

Families get a private link to change or remove their entry any time, and the church office can edit or hide any family. Changes show up in the online directory right away and in the next printing.

Can we make a new directory next year?

Yes. Families’ entries stay up to date, so a new printing only takes a few clicks.

I didn’t get my sign-in email.

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Pew & Page. Sign-in links work once, for 30 minutes; you can always ask for a new one on the sign-in page.

How do I change my family’s entry?

Use the private link in the email we sent when you added your family. If you can’t find it, ask your church office, or write to us.

How do I cancel a printed copy?

Use the link in your receipt email: you can cancel for a full refund until orders close. After that, copies are printed to order; see our refund policy.
